Jones and Worthington write near-future thrillers destined for the big screen.

SEPTEMBER 12, 2022 – Stu Jones a career police officer and SWAT sniper from Alabama, USA, and Gareth Worthington, a British scientist living in Switzerland, have formalized their writing partnership and released their brand to the world.

Jones and Worthington both write near-future thrillers designed to examine the human condition through the lens of fiction. In the last seven years, they have partnered on several books, including It Takes Death to Reach a Star, In the Shadow of a Valiant Moon and Condition Black—all of which are in development for TV/Film.

By solidifying their joint brand, Jones and Worthington hope to strengthen their position within the literary and film industry, continue to develop unique stories and novelize intellectual property.

Perhaps the authors’ unique selling point is their diametrically opposed social, political and theological viewpoints. Stu is a Christian who leans right, while Worthington is an atheist who leans left. Through mutual respect, much life experience, and a mutual love for 80ssci-fi, this writing team is able to create novels that cut to the bone yet entertain.

“Cinematic, thought-provoking, immersive … in the manner of Philip K. Dick.” – Booklist

The duo is represented by Gandolfo Helin Fountain Literary, NYC, and have a first-look deal with the Vesuvian Media Group Inc.
